Mindful Minis is published by Mindful Minis LLC ("we," "us"). The app is a caregiver-facing collection of social-emotional learning micro-activities for parents and caregivers of children ages 1–6. This policy explains how the app handles information. The short version: the app does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.

Information We Collect

None. Mindful Minis does not collect personal information. There are no user accounts, no sign-up, and no login. We do not ask for your name, email address, location, contacts, or any other personal details.

Internet and Network Use

The app works fully offline. It does not connect to the internet, contains no advertising, and includes no third-party analytics, tracking, or social-media SDKs. Because nothing is transmitted off your device, no data about you or your child is ever sent to us or to anyone else. Your device's operating system (Apple iOS or Google Android) may collect crash reports and usage diagnostics and share aggregate statistics with us, subject to the choices you make in your device settings and to Apple's and Google's own privacy policies. The app itself contains no analytics or crash-reporting code.

Information Stored on Your Device

To remember your in-app preferences and progress (such as your selected language and saved activities), the app stores small amounts of data locally on your device using the device's standard local storage. This information never leaves your device, is not accessible to us, and is removed if you delete the app. Data retention and deletion: Preference and favorites data remains on your device until you remove it. You can erase it at any time by deleting the app (on Android, also via Settings → Apps → Mindful Minis → Clear storage). Because we never receive your data, there is nothing for us to retain or delete on any server.

Children's Privacy

Mindful Minis is designed to be used by adults (parents and caregivers). It does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under 13. Consistent with the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws, because the app collects no personal information and has no network connectivity, no parental consent mechanism is required.

Third Parties

We do not use third-party service providers, advertisers, or analytics platforms. We do not sell, rent, or share any information, because we do not collect any.

Your Rights

Privacy laws such as the GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act give you rights over personal data that companies hold about you. Because we do not collect or hold any personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete - your information stays with you, on your device.
